Do you deliver all over Nepal, and how fast?
Yes. Kimiko.np delivers all over Nepal through Pathao Parcel. Orders inside the valley usually arrive within 1–2 business days, and orders to other cities usually arrive in 2–4 business days. You can check your parcel at delivery. If the product is damaged, you can exchange or return it right there.
How does payment and parcel dispatch work?
Pay by QR (eSewa, Fonepay or bank) at checkout and upload your payment screenshot. We check the payment, pack your order and hand it to Pathao Parcel the same or next working day.
How do I track my order status?
Open Track order and enter your order number or phone number. You will see each step: payment check, packing, dispatch and delivery.
